At Cercare Capital, building a relationship with you, the seller, is our first priority. We want to learn about you, your business, and your goals

Our relationship would typically take the following path:

  1. Exploratory phase
    Let’s learn your story and understand if your business and goals are consistent with our investment criteria.
  2. Financial review
    To better understand the economics of your business, we’d like to see a sample of recent financial statements. We’ll setup a simple agreement so that you know that your information is protected.
  3. Preliminary offer
    If after the first two steps, we see a fit, we’ll submit a preliminary offer. It will help us frame the transaction and process going forward.
  4. Due diligence
    We’ll deep dive into financials, commercial relationships and contracts, legal background, to name a few, to reduce risk and align on the key figures
  5. Purchase agreement
    We’ll work together to build the agreement that legally aligns us on the risks and responsibilities of our transaction
  6. Transition and hand-off
    This is where we execute, and work together to make the transaction a success!
