If after the first two steps, we see a fit, we’ll submit a preliminary offer. It will help us frame the transaction and process going forward. - Due diligence
We’ll deep dive into financials, commercial relationships and contracts, legal background, to name a few, to reduce risk and align on the key figures - Purchase agreement
We’ll work together to build the agreement that legally aligns us on the risks and responsibilities of our transaction - Transition and hand-off
