Matthew Paone is the founder at Cercare Capital.
He spent seven years working for a boutique management consulting firm in New York City, focused on driving practical results for industrial companies across North America. His projects focused on ramping-up manufacturing lines, mitigating risk in supply-chains, and reducing cost and schedule on some of the largest infrastructure projects in North America. He successfully led his area of the practice out of the pandemic and into a new phase of growth and stability. Before this, he spent six years in a clean-tech start up, developing a product that took the firm public.
Having grown up in his parent’s electrical contracting business, Matthew founded Cercare Capital with the intent of acquiring and operating a business of his own.
He’s studied mechanical-electrical engineering at the University of British Columbia and has an MBA from INSEAD in France.
Matthew is married to his amazing wife, and is father to a beautiful baby girl. An avid scotch collector, and an automotive enthusiast, he speaks just enough Italian (and Croatian) to get himself into trouble.
